La Crosse Talk PM airs weekdays at 5:07 p.m. Listen on the WIZM app, online here, or on 92.3 FM / 1410 AM / 106.7 FM (north of Onalaska). Find all the podcasts here or subscribe to La Crosse Talk PM wherever you get your podcasts.

Dale recapped the midterm elections, and he was allowed a minute to brag about his prediction that Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers would win for the Democrats and US Sen. Ron Johnson would get reelected for the Republicans — a situation in Wisconsin that baffles political experts across the nation.

Dale also discussed on La Crosse Talk PM how the governor and the GOP-controlled state Legislature might work going forward, after what seems like a stalemate for the past nine months.

Other topics included, “Do political yard signs work?” and how engaged young voters are now days.
