La Crosse Center announces Ticketmaster fees will now be shown immediately in prices

The La Crosse Center announced yesterday is will be using what’s called “ALL-IN PRICING” on the Ticketmaster website.

The change will show customers the price of a ticket, including fees, immediately when they start looking at seats

The Center, added, however, tickets can still be purchased at the La Crosse Center Box Office, without additional fees.

The news comes as Minnesota passed a law requiring ticket sellers, like Ticketmaster, to show the full price up front for all events in the state.

The law is called the Taylor Swift bill, because one state legislator couldn’t get tickets to a Swift concert when the website crashed as bots tried to swipe up all the tickets for resale.

Not all events on Ticketmaster will show these fees up front.

Ticketmaster says for those prices, customers will have to click a “Price Toggle” feature to see the all-in price on any event. That feature is found in the filters of each event page.
