Tracked one suspect down in Rockford

One robber down, one to go.

That’s the update from La Crosse police about the Auto Title Loan robbery that took place Sept. 20.

Police said they’ve worked with Rockford, Ill., authorities to track down 24-year-old Damario Graham, who was the one wielding a gun and demanding money during the robbery at the Rose St. business.

When Graham found out the business didn’t have a safe, he became a little perturbed and said, “I’m going to shoot someone.”

Employees gave him what they had, before he took off in a silver minivan. Police tracked that van to a woman, who told them 34-year-old Robert Cobb (picture above) had been driving when Graham robbed the place.

She said that when Cobb returned with the van he told her that he and male named Slick had robbed the car loan place but it didn’t work out as planned, so they were leaving for Rockford.

Police are still trying to locate Cobb.
