Riverfest Leaders Announced

You might see more people on the river during La Crosse’s Riverfest this year.  Many of the water attractions, like skiing and boat rides, had to be cancelled in 2014 because the Mississippi was too high.  Right now, the river is six feet below flood stage, and that’s encouraging to newly named Commodore Steve Doll:

Doll is a co-owner of Clason Buick, which used to be run by his late father-in-law, Ralph Clason…the 1991 Riverfest Commodore.  Riverfest will run from July 1st through the 4th this year.
