County Discusses Lot C Movement Tonight

La Crosse County leaders might have to make some decisions tonight, to help a

big property shuffle go as planned. The county board and one of its committees are scheduled to discuss changes in the agreement to sell the courthouse parking lot to developer Don Weber.  Last month, Weber revealed designs for several buildings that would occupy the old Montgomery Ward block.  The board also will hear about the design phase for renovation of the 1965 courthouse, now called the administrative center.  County offices are supposed to move out of that building, so it can be converted to student housing.
