Wave of Okto Tickets in La Crosse Municipal Court This Week
Measures of accountability to be exacted beginning in La Crosse this week. Hundreds of Oktoberfest tickets begin making their way through the city’s municipal court. That’s not the only punishment for some, says police lieutenant Pat Hogan. Because the department is also contacting the colleges of out-of-town students ticketed during the fest to pursue additional sanctions
Over three hundred citations were written during fest this year. Most of those had something to do with alcohol.
