Police Urge Communication to Keep Tabs on Kids

Losing track of kids during the summer can be mildly annoying for some parents.  For others, it’s a reason to call police.  And call police they do, says La Crosse police officer, Lisa Barrix.  And police respond.  In a very serious way

Barrix says, typically, a child who has disappeared is merely hanging out with friends and hasn’t communicated with parents about his whereabouts.
