Sunday morning around 1 when cops stopped 18 year old Jordyn Pederson of Black River Falls, for a speeding violation.

 

During the stop a passenger in the car, 20 year old Gabriel Milnthorpe of Black River Falls, opened the door and began to vomit. Milnthorpe admitted to drinking too much alcohol and was cited for Underage Drinking. 20 year old Ernesto Moreno of Black River Falls, had also been drinking and was cited for Underage Drinking. 21 year old Dillon Quinlan of Black River Falls, had been drinking as well which violated conditions of his Jackson County bond. Quinlan was arrested for Bail Jumping.

 

Pederson said she picked the others up in La Crosse and had not been drinking. She was cited for Operating without Insurance.
