State Home Sales Down, La Crosse County Steady

The recent change to warmer weather is especially welcome to those buying and selling real estate.  Wisconsin Realtors say arctic February home sales were down ten percent statewide for the month over last year although there were some counties that showed sales picking up a bit.  La Crosse county is one of those.  According to the Realtor’s new report, the county’s home sales grew by two percent for February although those sales are still down by about 13% so far this year overall.  Median sale price for a home in La Crosse county grew to about 138 thousand dollars.
