Both Sides Rest In Lepsch Murder Trial, Lepsch Won’t Testify

All the witnesses have been called in a La Crosse murder trial…meaning that the defendant will not be on the stand.

The defense for Jeffrey Lepsch presented only two witnesses …Lepsch’s wife and mother, who both said that he is not a violent person. Lepsch is accused of killing Paul and A.J. Petras at their camera store in La Crosse during a robbery last fall. The prosecution had more testimony today about finding items stolen from May’s Photo at Lepsch’s home. Closing arguments will be presented to the jury on Tuesday.
