UW-La Crosse political science professor, Dr. Anthony Chergosky, joined La Crosse Talk on Thursday morning to talk about the previous nights Republican presidential candidate debate that happened in Milwaukee.

La Crosse Talk airs weekdays 6-9 a.m. Listen on the WIZM app, online here, or on 92.3 FM / 1410 AM / 106.7 FM (north of Onalaska). Find all the podcasts here or subscribe to La Crosse Talk PM wherever you get your podcasts.

Eight candidates were on stage and, of course, one candidate was missing. Chergosky discusses who made an impact and who didn’t and some of the oddities that came out of the first debate as we head into the 2024 presidential election.
