Arcadia man arrested for 6th OWI

A 63-year-old Arcadia man was arrested Monday afternoon for what could end up being his sixth OWI.

James Angst was pulled over by the Wisconsin State Patrol for speeding and an equipment violation around 3:30 p.m. on Highway 95 and County C in Trempealeau County.

A State Trooper conducted a field sobriety test showing he was intoxicated, the State Patrol said in a news release. He was then transported to the hospital for a blood test before being taken to Trempealeau County’s jail.
