As I See It

Absent the facts, speculations run rampant

When we don’t have all the facts, we tend to speculate. And boy, do we like to speculate. There is plenty of speculation over the search of the home of former President Donald Trump this week by the FBI. Some claim this is evidence the U.S. Justice Department has been politically weaponized and that the search of his home had political motivations. Some top Republicans in Congress suggest the FBI has overstepped its authority and is calling for an investigation. Trump called the search of his home a raid and an assault. He even accused the FBI of planting documents. The Department of Justice typically doesn’t comment on ongoing investigations, leading to all the speculation. We have been in the dark even about why they executed the search warrant or what they found. But in a rare move, Attorney General Merrick Garland held a news conference yesterday, hoping to end the speculation. As it turns out this wasn’t a raid. The FBI called, and the Secret Service at Mar-a-Lago let them in. Prosecutors had been talking with Trump lawyers for months and a court issued a subpoena seeking the return of the documents DOJ wanted. But they didn’t comply with the subpoena. When the warrant was served, Trump was left with a copy. He knows why the FBI was there and what they took with them. He could easily end all the rampant speculation by simply telling us the details of that warrant. Until then, it is all just speculation.

The elephant in the room, Scott, is that the Deep State has been targeting Donald Trump since he declared for the presidency in 2015. His victory sent the Deep State reeling so they’ve been trying to get rid of him ever since, and failed. The specter of a Trump victory in 2024 no doubt provides the background for the raid. Trump, as imperfect as he is, is a threat to the Deep State, which historically deals violently to threats. Just ask the spirit of JFK.

It’s not about the search (which was not a search but a raid). It’s about in the way it was done.

A correction to my statement above…the Deep State did get rid of Trump in 2020 by stealing the election from him through various means such as rigged electronic voting machines, and drop boxes. Now the Deep State is working to prevent his election in 2024..thus the raid.

A lot of speculation would end and many entities would cease to exist in the internet if the mainstream media had stopped doing one thing: as Jack Webb used to say: “ just the facts”.
I will add all the facts. We, the American people, should have had a full presentation on the Steele dossier. We should have a full presentation on Hunter Biden ‘ s affairs in the Ukraine and China.
Present unbiased full news stories and a lot of speculation ends.
Do I see he’ll freezing over?
