La Crosse Area Day trip to Brewers game cancelled for 2020
| The yearly “La Crosse Area Day” trip to Miller Park for a Brewers baseball game has been called off this year, because major league teams aren’t playing regular games yet. The organizers of the annual trip released this statement on Friday: Dear La Crosse Area Day Fans, It is unfortunate that we have come to the decision to cancel La Crosse Area Day at Miller Park that was set for June 24, 2020. We know this event has become a family tradition for many, and we wish circumstances could have allowed us to move forward with the event this year. However, since the MLB has not yet released a schedule for 2020, and in order to properly plan for the event, we will cancel for this year. We plan to continue the tradition and be back next year for many to enjoy! We will be in contact with those that attended our First Pitch event in March and purchased ticket vouchers for La Crosse Area Day.
