Three searches, three drug suspects caught in La Crosse

Three people in La Crosse are facing drug charges, following three related searches on Thursday.

James Conner the 3rd, of South 23rd Street, is accused of running a drug trafficking place, and of delivering more than 10 grams of meth.

This is Conner’s third arrest on drug charges in La Crosse County so far in 2019.

Also charged with drug crimes was 41-year-old Julia Hedum and 41-year-old Zue Vang.

On Thursday, Conner was pulled over by police on 7th Street as part of a drug investigation.

A search turned up more than 60 grams of meth in his car.

That stop led to searches at three homes in south La Crosse, where cash, marijuana, and more meth were seized by city police.

Conner’s bond is set at $75,000, while bond for Vang is $15,000, and Hedum has a $5000 bond.
