Another in La Crosse-Twin Cities drug ring sentenced to 5 years in prison

Vu caught with meth, synthetic urine, $20k

Another of the 17 busted last year for their alleged roles in a La Crosse meth ring received a prison sentence Tuesday. 

Kojoua Vu is sentenced to a five-year prison term, plus four years of supervision for various drug activities.

She and her sister were charged at that time with possessing .5 pounds of meth, some synthetic urine and $20,000 in cash.

The 26-year-old reportedly attempted to withdraw a guilty plea for a later meth arrest, which occurred in April. 

Vu has been told to avoid contact with known drug users and dealers.
