Another request to remove homes for parking in La Crosse

Second time in just over a month
council has had request

Another request for the La Crosse city council to approve removing homes to add parking spaces.

Dahl Automotive in downtown La Crosse is asking the council to tear down two homes on Division Street.

The company does own the homes, which have been accessed for about $100,000 combined.

Just over a month ago, the council approved the destruction of a city block’s worth of homes so Gundersen Health System could add a parking lot.
