Father of two kids is in court today for murder of mother in Lewiston

Man had been convicted of domestic violence

LEWISTON, Minn. — Kyle Allers was arrested Saturday on a second-degree murder charge, a few hours after 24-year-old Tasha Hanson was found dead in a wooded area near Lewiston. 

 

Allers, who is likely to appear in Winona County court today, was convicted of domestic assault five years ago in Wabasha County.

Investigators report that Hanson and Allers had two young children together.
