39th Habitat Home To Open It’s Doors Saturday

Pretty fulfilling day tomorrow for the scores of volunteers who have worked on the latest new home by Habitat for Humanity in La Crosse.  The organization will dedicate the home on south 7th street at 10 tomorrow morning, handing over the keys and welcoming the new family inside.  A great moment for executive director, Amanda Acklin

This latest is the 39th in La Crosse built by the organization along with help from volunteers, several businesses, some other non-profits and the new homeowners as well.  Home number 40 is already under construction in the Washburn neighborhood.
