Lemonade Stands In Front Of Council Tonight

You wonder why people run for city council in La Crosse?  Tonight the full council gives a final vote on a plan to add kid-operated lemonade stands to city ordinances.  Which just goes too far, says Gary Padesky, just elected to the council this week

Padesky doesn’t have a vote on the issue tonight.   He’ll join the council in a couple of weeks along with two other first-timers, Philip Ostrem and Martin Gaul.
