Murder Suspects May Be In Tennessee Awhile
It could take a while before two suspects in a Tomah homicide are sent
back to Wisconsin. Court officials in Tennessee are still looking into charges against Zachary Davis and Sebastian Martinez, who were arrested last Sunday. The two are jailed under 100-thousand dollars bond. Monroe County is charging both men in the murder of Derek Magnuson at a Tomah motel. District attorney Kevin Croninger says Tennessee may still file charges against Davis and Martinez, so it could take weeks or months before they come to Sparta for trial.
