Doyle Says UW System Cuts Could Be Hurtful

The governor’s early plan to cut $300 million from the UW System and freeze

tuition again another 2 years, is more hurtful then most think. That according to lawmaker, Steve Doyle. And if approved, the pain will be felt for years to come.

Doyle says the outcome should be interesting as Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has not discussed Walker’s plan with fellow Republicans. And Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald hasn’t discussed the plan with his caucus, either.
