Former Kind Opponent, Veteran Pounces on VA Scandal

Another veteran weighing in on the services provided by the VA.  Recent republican congressional candidate, Tony Kurtz, a 20 year Army vet, has gone on the offensive regarding Ron Kind’s handling of the Tomah VA opiate scandal.  He says Kind has only talked about taking action without taking any.  But he also doubts that there are systemic problems in Tomah

Kurtz, very likely to run again against Kind in the next congressional election, says the democrat should have acted immediately on suspicions of over-prescribed medication when he was first tipped off in September of 2011.
