Butts Sentenced In Childs Death

Last year, a toddler in Trempealeau County died after being given a

combination of medicines by her father’s girlfriend, who was babysitting. Now, that babysitter has been sentenced to 30 years in prison and another 10 years on supervision for reckless homicide.  Amanda Butts took Alexis Behlke to a hospital in Osseo, when the girl stopped breathing.  The child also had blunt force injuries on many parts of her body.  Butts pled guilty earlier this year to reckless homicide.
