Cops Look For Man Wanted In Child Assault Case
18 year old Caleb Rave of Black River Falls is wanted by police in a child
sex assault case. Cops say Rave was found guilty of first degree sexual assault of a child and was placed on electronic monitoring while he was waiting to be sentenced. Rave’s GPS device sent a signal Monday that he was outside of his allowed area. Rave was last seen at the Jackson County Bank in Black River Falls on October 20th and cops says they think he withdrew a large amount of money from the bank. Rave is believed to be traveling with James Hill in a black Volkswagen Jetta.
