School Board Gets Roosevelt Update

Another step forward for the Roosevelt School building. Gorman and Company

updated the board this week on where a neighborhood study is and what steps will be taken for the city zoning and planning commission on the building. We asked Superintendent, Randy Nelson if the district really cares what goes in that building.

Nelson tells us that Gorman is hoping to have $4.8 million in state and federal tax credits secured and construction started around the winter of 2015 with construction completed by the fall of 2016.
