Drug House Disposal Could be Example for Future in La Crosse
Some resolution finally on a former drug house in La Crosse could be cause for a little optimism. Mayor Tim Kabat feels good about the city being able to buy the duplex on 24th street that police shut down back in May.
The city bought the duplex for its appraised value of 120 thousand dollars. The duplex was shut down as a public nuisance drug house. The city plans to rehab the house and put it on the market.
