Final Vote Tonight on Council Changes

No promises.  But La Crosse city council president Dick Swantz is feeling pretty positive about pending changes on the council

 

 

The council casts a final vote tonight on reducing council size to 13 members and dumping the committee of the whole meeting in favor of a monthly planning meeting which, Swantz says, will lead the council to more proactive legislation.
