Car Theft Suspect With Body In Trunk Competent To Proceed In Court

La Crosse Judge Dale Pasell has ordered Timmy Johnson Junior to return to court next Wednesday.  Johnson is accused of reckless driving and fleeing an office during a chase through La Crosse County on June 13th.  After Johnson crashed into another car and rolled over, the body of the car’s owner was found inside the trunk.  Johnson has not been charged with murder, but if he is, he could be sent to Grant County, where the taxi was stolen.
