City Beer Sales Up For Vote Today
When it comes to not selling beer and alcohol, Sparta is a laughing stock to
some local communities that can and do. That according to Hansen’s IGA owner, Greg Hansen.
Voters there will have another chance to vote yes today to allow the sale of beer only in the city. Right now, Sparta is the largest community in Wisconsin that cannot sell beer or liquor to taverns and restaurants that have an on premises consumption license.
