Bike, Pedestrian Grants to Pay for Extra Enforcement

Pedestrian and bicycle safety grants are back in La Crosse.  Police will again this summer have extra funds to enforce laws related to walkers and bikers around town.  Cops say there are eight key places of concern for safety in various parts of the city.  they say the goal of the project is to educate the community on the existing laws and ordinances to pedestrian, bicycle and traffic laws.
