Man Shot By Police Busted For Violation

He was shot by police twice in the chest back in January , 2012. 21 year old

Jacob Olsen of Sparta lived and was given a plea deal after pointing a rifle at officers. Probation was the sentence. Part of that probation….no bars no alcohol. Well…Olsen has broken that part.

 

This week a Sparta Police Officer found Olsen at the Scoreboard Bar. When confronted Olsen admitted to drinking and knowing he wasn’t supposed to be. A breath test indicated Olsen had a .22 alcohol content. When Officers tried to take Olsen into custody he initially tried to walk away and then tensed up and struggled to get away.

 

Olsen was taken to the Monroe County Jail for a probation violation where he continued to tense up….asking if the jail staff wanted to brawl.
