Winona Bridge Project Gets One More Hearing

One more public hearing will be held next week on the approximately $142

million Winona bridge project that will span the Mississippi River in downtown Winona by 2020.

The hearing is October 17th at the Winona Armory. Construction could begin as early as July 2014.
