County Gets State Money For Health Exchanges
La Crosse County is getting money from the state to remodel some buildings
and hire new staff to take on the expected new caseloads of health exchange folks in October. That’s when the Obamacare rules begin on health insurance. County Board Supervisor, Monica Kruse is not to giddy about the incoming dough.
The ObamaCare health insurance exchanges, or ObamaCare exchanges, are State, Federal or join run online marketplaces. The health insurance exchanges are estimated to provide up to 29 million people with affordable health insurance by 2019.
