Pushing for Tougher Drunk Driving Penalties Again

 

 

 Wisconsin state senator Alberta Darling at a public hearing Thursday in Madison.  She has co-sponsored legislation that would significantly increase penalties for drunk driving.  And tackle what the state is otherwise not dealing with terribly well

 

 

Among other things, proposed legislation would make a third offense drunk driving arrest a felony.
