During the video, Lori tried to recall if a door of the truck was open, while she was driving around the time of Mark’s accident.

Lori stated that she found Mark “stuck to the ground” in a snowbank, after he was outside on a winter night.

Phillips added, “I couldn’t even believe what I’m seeing,” when she saw Mark’s body in the snow outside their house in Holmen.

Earlier Wednesday, jurors were shown photos of the truck, taken shortly after Mark’s death.

The defense argued that Mark died in the cold after a fall, and Lori discovered him later.

Defense witnesses could be called Thursday in an effort to wrap up the trial by the end of the week.
