New homicide charges filed against Fravel in Madeline Kingsbury’s death
The Winona area man accused of killing Madeline Kingsbury now has four counts of murder against him.
Adam Fravel is facing first-degree and second-degree homicide charges, filed this week by a grand jury.
Fravel had been charged only with second-degree murder after Kingsbury’s remains were discovered in Fillmore County back in June.
He appeared in Winona County court on the new charges Tuesday
A Winona judge increased Fravel’s bond to $3 million without conditions, or $2 million with conditions. Another hearing in the case is set for December 14th.
Kingsbury, the mother of their two young children, disappeared in March. Fravel was arrested after her remains were found.
