This Saturday starts with an event to celebrate breast cancer survivors and remembers those who were lost and ends with a Woodstock tribute and fireworks at Riverside Park.

It’s the last Moon Tunes concert of the year and the 18th annual Steppin’ Out In Pink.

The regular Moon Tunes shows ended Thursday night at Riverside Park, but the series concludes every summer with this tribute to that August weekend in 1969.

We started this on the 45th anniversary of Woodstock,” Moon Tunes co-founder Terry Bauer said Thursday on La Crosse Talk. “So we’ve been able to rotate the music, but we still bring back the favorites.”

The concert starts at 3 and goes until 10 p.m. Check out the lineup here.

Before all that happens, however, Steppin’ Out In Pink will take over Riverside, beginning at 7 a.m. when the vendors market opens.

The Survivor Walk begins at 8:30 and the official event begins at half hour after that.

The money raised all stays local and goes to breast cancer research and patient support programs

You can still register for Steppin out in Pink, online or beginning at 7:30 before the walk begins.
