La Crosse Police Chief Shawn Kudron joined La Crosse Talk PM on Tuesday to discuss what he called “challenging incidents” over the past week, including the investigation of a drive-by shooting on 3rd Street that injured seven, a big drug bust and a knife being pulled on an officer.
