An armed man reportedly fired several shots outside a gentleman’s club near Sparta this weekend, before being arrested in La Crosse County.

Twenty-one-year-old Alexander Knudtson of Mondovi is suspected of firing a handgun in the parking lot of the Hunting Shack Club on Highway 71 early Sunday morning.

Knudtson allegedly went into the club with the gun, but was forced back outside.  He drove away from the scene, but crashed on Highway 162, which is where a Monroe County deputy discovered his car.

Knudtson appeared in Monroe County court on Monday, facing a felony count of reckless endangerment, and other lesser charges including operating a firearm while drunk. He returns to court on May 8th.

Why not legalize weed in WI. Why send all the tax revenue to IL and soon MN. It’s just a matter of a mere road trip if you want to buy some.

If it’s a mere short ride to purchase Marijuana it doesn’t need to be legalized in Wisconsin. If it was legal here Governor Evers would use the tax (which is substantial)for something stupid, other than fixing our disgusting roads, both local and statewide. You can also get cbd products right on the pike right outside the liquor store between La Crosse and La Crescent…no need to drive to Winona ????
