He’s already spent 15 years in federal prison for drug crimes…and now, Aubrey Marshall of La Crosse is being sent back to prison for 5 more years.

Marshall was sentenced by a federal judge Wednesday, after pleading guilty to crack possession in July.

Police found substantial amounts of fentanyl, cocaine, and THC in a search of Marshall’s Cass Street apartment in January.

The bust came on the same day that police arranged to buy 32 grams of crack from Marshall.  Some of the money used for that drug buy was found in the apartment search.

The search also turned up $36,000 worth of other drugs, including fentanyl.
