Houska Dog Park reopens with some new features for pups

At most dog parks, there is a lot of open space surrounded by a fence.

But, at a newly renovated dog park in La Crosse, there is a bit more for those poppers to do.

The big Houska Dog Park has been refurbished, and now has some doggy obstacle course-like attractions.

There is a dog barrel for them to run through, a walking ramp, weaving posts, and an adjustable jumping bar.

There still is, of course, plenty of room to roam, a kiddie pool to cool off, along with a hose, and poop bags are provided.
