A 21-year-old man is accused of exposing himself to women in La Crosse college neighborhoods.
Maverick Muenzenberger is accused of three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior.
City police say Muenzenberger would show his genitals to women while he was sitting in a car.
He was arrested on Tuesday while driving near UW-La Crosse, and has been released from jail on a signature bond.
Muenzenberger has been ordered to stay away from certain individuals, and to avoid the university campus.
His next court hearing is Dec. 13.
