The City Brewery of La Crosse is scheduled to make most of Pabst Brewing’s products within five years.

A brewing industry website (brewbound.com) reports that a pact between Pabst and the La Crosse-based brewery is slated to last until 2040.

Pabst beers have been produced recently by MillerCoors, but a few years ago, Miller said it did not have the capacity to continue the contract past 2025.

City Brewery was founded as a replacement for La Crosse’s Heileman brewery, which closed its local plant in 1999.
