A West Salem man is accused of trying to trade firearms for a pound of meth.
And he’s a convicted felon who’s not supposed to have guns.
Keith Stankey allegedly sold two rifles and a double-barrel shotgun to an undercover agent from the ATF on Tuesday.
The gun deal reportedly happened in a bedroom used by Stankey’s mother.
The 27-year-old Stankey is also charged with trafficking in drugs at the house.
He was convicted three times in the past 12 months on drug and weapon charges.
