The consultants working on a La Crosse Center expansion are promising “new concepts” to be presented at a public meeting Wednesday night.
The ISG company has reworked some ideas for making the convention center bigger, following complaints from the public and city leaders about a large boxy addition designed to extend into Riverside Park.
The Center Board said it will avoid going into the park and will attempt to stay within the $42 million budget.
The public session starts at 5:30 p.m. in the upstairs ballroom of the La Crosse Center.
