Man arrested after acting erratically at Moka
He asked people to pay for his coffee. He was ripping posters off the wall at Moka.
He went into the bathroom and changed clothes — several times. And, on his way out of the West Avenue shop in La Crosse, he stole a doughnut.
Police were called around 9 a.m. Thursday over 20-year-old Dominik Glodowski’s actions.
When they caught up to him, Glodowski was speaking erratically — laughing one second, crying the next. He did admit to drinking two bottles of cough syrup and smoking marijuana. He was taken to the hospital.
Police charged him with bail jumping and disorderly conduct.
