Strip mall going up in Village of Holmen

There is more economic development in the Village of Holmen coming soon.

A strip mall is going up at 208 South Holmen Drive, where there are currently already two businesses.

The addition, called “Old Town Center,” is just another advancement in economic growth says village administrator Scott Heinig.

“It’s really started to reshape the face of our community,” he said.

Construction is set to get underway later this month and be finished sometime this summer.

There are nine spaces for businesses. One will include a new coffee shop. The other six spaces have yet to be filled.
