Pictures of Hatched Baby outside La Crosse’s city hall

La Crosse’s newly adopted ‘Hatched Baby’ has been installed on the snowy lawn south of City Hall.

The nine-foot-high sculpture showing a baby’s blue head popping out of an eggshell can be seen at the corner of Badger and Sixth streets by the La Crosse police station (scroll down for more pics).
