Three arrested in local meth bust; child in hotel room when raid occurred

Street value of drugs was more than $60,000

A large meth bust Tuesday night for members of the La Crosse Police Dept. 

Working with the MEG unit, investigators developed information that 28-year-old Sandy Xiong of Onalaska was selling large quantities of meth from her residence and also a hotel room at Candlewood Suites in La Crosse.  

A search warrant was executed on the hotel room Tuesday night, resulting in the seizure of 1.5 pounds of meth, over $2,700 in cash and a ledger showing sales of over $20,000. 

A 4-month-old child was in the hotel room when the raid occurred. 

Sandy Xiong, Michael Xiong of Holmen and Jess Miedema of Onalaska face drug charges and warrants.
